The role
As a Working Student in Medical Content & Communications at Frieda, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with our medical advisors, marketing, and sales managers during an exciting phase of innovation. Together with Frieda’s CMedO and CEO, you’ll completely rethink digital sales and communication channels and make a significant contribution to Frieda’s evolution into a digital clinic for women going through menopause.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Plan and create high-quality content for prescribers (e.g. newsletters, presentations, training materials, flyers, or brochures)
- Training and onboarding new sales representatives
- Plan and create engaging patient content across platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, blog)
- Manage social media calendar and ensure consistent brand voice
- Planning, organizing and presenting at events (e.g. conferences, webinars)
- Monitoring and analysis of KPIs (reach, engagement, conversion)
Skills and values
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in medical science, public health, health communication, life science, neuroscience, (clinical) psychology, biology, pharmacology, nutritional science, or related
- A brilliant command of the German language so you can communicate clearly and precisely in various written formats and face-to-face. Fluency in English as the main language of work.
- Strong understanding of major social platforms and their best practices
- Proficient in technical writing with clarity in structuring documents to present complex information in a logical and engaging way
- A good eye for visuals and content trends
- A proactive and creative approach to enhancing our content
- Strong project management skill set and an autonomous working style
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
